Handling claim and recovering excess

<p>In Jan 2017 my vehicle was involved in an accident. Outsurance handled all issues related to this accident: tow-away truck, storage, inspection of the vehicle and keeping me up to date every step of the way via cellphone calls and sms'es.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was informed that the recovery of my excess might take a long time but after only a few months I was informed by Nkululeko Msiza from Outsurance that the excess was recovered and will be paid into my bank account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thumbs up for Outsurance!!</p> <p> </p>
