Hail storm damage control

I just wanna applaud Outsurance and their team for an efficient service in the way they handled my claim. On the 16 Nov as most parts of Gauteng was affected by the hail storm, I was one of those left with damages to my property. I immediately called them to report the broken windows and while I was talking to their friendly advisor/ agent electricity went off and I was cut off the lindeline. Feeling frustrated in that moment, less than 5 seconds Dineo called me back on my mobile and apologised for something beyond our control which wasn't even her fault that we were cut off and reassured me that she was going to be with me all the step of the way and they did. <br> Immediately after talking to Dineo, I got a call from PFG to set an appointment for today. Dineo immediately Sent me her direct contact details than having to go through call centre again incase I had more damages to report. Called her this morning to report further and she was still bubbly professional and help full. <br> <br> Thumbs up OUT SURANCE and DINEO you are a darling sis
