Had my first small bumper bashing incident

Had my first small bumper bashing incident. Reported my accident through the outsurnace app on the day, got a call from an Outsurnace customer care consultants within 2 minutes of filling in all the info and submitting on the app. They already provided me with 3 assessment centers close to me and it was booked for the following day. The assessment was done within 15 minutes. The claim was approved on the same day, got a call from the repair center the following day and and my car had a booking date already. I honestly thought claiming from insurance would be a hassle. Not with Outsurnace.
