Had an accident and Outsurance did not pay out

A few months ago I purchased a new Car . I had not insured the car as of yet so my father insured it under his name with me as the Co-driver as we did not know my plans as of yet in the new year. Anyways , I crashed my car , and it was so apparently a write off with minor damage . We put a claim through and Outsurance denied it , so we appealed and they denied again with no specific solid reason for not denying it . They had verifiable sensible reason as to why they were not paying out , but for some reason , their story overpowered ours and we lost. Lost all the money paid for the car and cannot do anything about it . Straight after the claim was denied the first time we started to get phone calls from them telling us they had been onto my Facebook page and found evidence which could be used against us in the claim , phone calls didn't not stop and were obviously off the record because of the nature of conversation over the phone
