Had a very friendly sales advisor that contacted me and she made the 'never-ending' quote processing questions feel like an actual conversation rather than the normal 'reading-from-a-script' death sentence. Was very polite and friendly. Although Outsurance could not compete with my current insurance, the experience was exceptional.
