Had a problem with the gyser, Jackson explained the whole process of claiming thoroughly to me. We tend not to read the policy and have a shock when we hear about access fee. I like the way he re assured me regarding my claim and I told him that didn't have the fee, he ensured me that all will be sorted. He even told me that he can organise the plumbers to come and assess then have a chance to call the insurance when ready. Really appreciate his help, I managed to get the money and guys came problem was resolved. Thank you for the wonderful service
