Had a chipped windscreen yesterday

Had a chipped windscreen yesterday. Submitted the claim and while speaking to the consultant I got a message from the service provider. The service provider was about 15 km from my home address. Phoned the consultant and again while talking to her she changed the service provider to someone in my hometown. The chip was repaired within an hour from submitting the claim. Awesome service and I will recommend Outsurance to anyone.
