Greatest call center agent I have ever dealt with.

I phoned Youi South Africa looking for the contact details of someone in a different department. Fortunately, Robin answered my call. He is friendly and efficient . He took my contact details (not thinking he would ever contact me again) to try find me the information I needed. I had not even waited 5 minutes when an email from him came through. He gave me a call two minutes after that to try and assist me further. I have never experienced this kind of service and I work with call center agents on a daily basis. He truly made my day! :) Thanks Robin!!<br> <br> Please Youi - look after Robin, you will not find an employee like him again soon. He is the reason for people still phoning call centers hoping to get service.
