Great work by the legal team

I was pleasantly called by the Outsurance legal team to inform me that the excess paid when I was in an accident - a year ago- was successfully retrieved from the person who crashed into me. <br> I was almost certain that I wouldn't recover the excess after the person refused to take responsibility of the incident days after we had agreed that he was in the wrong.<br> <br> The legal team was exceptional in proving continuous feedback at every stage.
