Great when they sign you BUT THEN......
Great on signing me up last year when I purchased a new car. Bought another one 3 months ago and all good. Received a notification yesterday 26/3 about an increase. 10.7%. So the value of the car decreases and the prmium increases by above inflation. Called them to complain and they said in general the policies increased by 20% but because I am claim free and a good payer I was only increased by 10%? So I guess its back to Hippo.
