Great to Poor service

One of the best insurers I’ve dealt with thus far. Staff is extremely friendly and a great help. However, recently I tried taking out an insurance package for my car, we did the quote and found Outsurance to be cheaper. I then received the policy schedule to find that some information such as my drivers code etc had been incorrect. I called and this was rectified, the quote premium went sky high. OUTsurance did try beat my current policy but could only do so by increasing my excess amount. Nevertheless, I have tried to cancel the policy since last month, I have sent emails to Wilson but have not heard a response from him since. The service after rejecting their policy has been unprofessional and would like this be rectified as a matter of urgency.
