Great team - terrible process

I would be giving you five stars now if this was regarding your staff but unfortunately it is not. I absolutely hate speaking to your team on the phone every single time I need something because you make absolutely no provision to deal via email. I even attempted to go through your customer care contact today and received a ****** CALL to confirm that I meant what I said!!! Not only that but You call ME and I have to answer multiple security questions before you attempt to sell me something else and then eventually assist me. Sort it out!
