Just had to claim for damage on my vehicle. From the call center to the assessor I felt constantly cared for. Suren Bunsee (assessor) explained everything thoroughly to me and help me with my quote, so friendly and even waited for me to get my quote. Puseletso Magongwa (claims call division) was so easy to talk to on the phone and made sure I had all the information I needed to meet Suren. What an incredible team! Thanks OUTSurance!
