Great Stuff OUTsurance

My car has recently been written off and my father who is the policy holder with OUTsurance put in a claim. They were quick to respond and sort out the claim but there was some confusion with regards to the excess amounts. This situation upset me and I initially posted a negative review of OUTsurance due to my father having been a client of theirs for so long without ever claiming or missing a payment. The misunderstanding has since been cleared up and OUTsurance has lived up to their reputation of good service by quickly and efficiently settling the claim. I would recommend OUTsurance to anyone and have a lot of respect for this company and their caring and knowledgeable staff. Definitely SA's number 1 insurer.
