great start to the week!

I called Outsurance regarding a claim I had over this past weekend. apart from the very helpful consultant who assisted me yesterday (Sunday) I had to call in again this morning to finalise my claim. <br> <br> within 2 minutes, the consultant called me back and told me that I will be refunded within a few days...and that's it. no messy back-and-forth, no paper trails, no drama! <br> <br> I am extremely happy with the service I received both yesterday and today, and want to thank the Outsurance team. this kind of service reassures me that I have chosen the best service provider!
