Great service with motor claim

<p>It's been a while since I last lodged a motor claim with an insurance company, so when I had my little 'mishap' last week, it is with some trepidation that I contacted my insurer, Outsurance. The response could not have been better.</p> <p>Firstly, the extremely friendly, symathetic and efficient first contact was with Dalene Jacobs who kept following up and made sure I was kept in the picture and the vihicle collected quickly.</p> <p>Then, when Outsurance decided to get an assessor involved, Henry Nel contacted me, explained the process and was truely efficient and courteous in carrying out his very thorough assessment of the circumstances surrounding the damage - which I fully understand.</p> <p>The claim has now been approved, and I can only wish that the repair will be carried out as efficiently as the service I received thus far from Outsurance.</p>
