Great service with glass claim

I submitted a glass claim through the app. The process was incredibly quick and easy and was done within 3 minutes. Outsurance contacted me and gave me a contact person unique to my case. Within 15 minutes the glass repair company contacted me and arranged for the replacement glass to be put in at my convenience. Great service, would 100% recommend.
