Great service when I needed it

Sadly I think we all tend to complain about poor service and seldom praise great service, so here goes a first for me. I recently claimed on my water damaged laptop and the entire experience from start to finish with Outsurance and Ms Behariral, the agent who dealt with me was an absolute pleasure. They were fast, efficient and paid me out in full. Well done to a local company that's doing it right!
