My claim was handled in a friendly and efficient manner by Letso Magongwa; my vehicle was booked in for assessment within the hour and was at the panelbeaters the following day. Everything moved MUCH faster than I expected. Outsurance's legal representative, Lindie Barkhuizen was in contact with me almost immediately after my excess was paid, about claiming the excess back from the other party. Also friendly and very efficient, I received confirmation today that my excess had been successfully recovered and is being paid into my account. Great service, which I've found to be very rare these days.
