Great Service - Very happy and satisfied customer

<p>Great service from OUTsurance. I was in a car accident in April 2016 and my claim was finalised within 48hrs. I put in another claim to recover my excess and was told it normally is a lengthy process that could take months to resolve. Jennifer Malan at OUTsurance Legal department assisted me with my excess recovery claim and contacted me yesterday 25 May 2016 with the great news that my they were able to recover my full excess.
