Great Service! Very friendly and warm

I would just like to thank Nicolette for providing a very warm service, this is the kind of service that I would like to receive on a regular basis as it felt like she was actually communicating with me as a person and not just rambling off like a robot. She was very friendly and very efficient even when I asked very odd questions. Even after her duty with me was done she still continued to assist me with my needs regarding the documents etc. Great job! Keep it up!
