So we had not 1, but 4 vehicles that encountered stones on the windscreen. We could not repair them - huge cracks. I called OUTSURANCE, and spoke to a very friendly, professional lady by the name of Francina. No problem, I just had to give her the VIN numbers of the vehicles. A couple of minutes later, I received a call from Glasfit. Sorted, they came out on Tuesday and replaced the windscreens. Thank you to Glasfit and OUTSURANCE.
