Great Service , Thank You

My 21 year old daughter was involved in a nasty 3-car accident in October, where the car was completely wrecked.

I am a single -mom and she had been driving my car, as I rushed to meet the ambulance at the hospital, I could not have cared less about my car, I was worried about my child. The towing company saw the sticker on the car, and called OUT surance, who called me. They took care of the car, while I took care of my daughter at the hospital. Before she was even admitted to hospital, I had SMS on my phone stating that the car was in their care and giving me contact information etc.

Then the next day I had a call from Outsurance, who made an appointment for an agent to come and see us. The case had to be thoroughly investigated as there had been a fatality. The agent, Ryno Louw, was incredibly understanding, considerate and reassuring. After the investigation, which even included viewing hours of video footage, we were assured that my daughter was not at fault, and that payment would be made.

Throughout the whole experience, everyone at Outsurance, was efficient and professional. We felt that we could trust them with the handling of the car, and the claim. I am not one who often resorts to social media to compliment or criticize, but I just felt that Outsurance deserve a TWO THUMBS UP !! Thank you for making the car claim one less thing to worry about.
