Great service recovering my excess

I was involved in an accident in December 2014. I put in my claim with Outsurance and had the damage to my car repaired.<br> However the legal process of recovering the excess from the third party was taking in excess of three months to resolve. I laid a complaint on 11 May 2015 and Charity followed up on the progress and resolved the matter. I received the excess on 27 May 2015.<br> <br> Charity's service was swift and friendly.
