Great service received from Marlene Naidoo

I was in a car accident in September last year which was not my fault, so I put in a claim against the other party. Although I wasn't happy with the way Outsurance handled my case, I received good service from Marlene Naidoo and I just got my excess amount I had to pay, back as she was fighting for it.
