<p>Great service received by Iris Ponen</p> <p> </p> <p>I contact Outsurance on October 5 2016 to receive a quotation for short term insurance. The sales agent was not able to beat my current premium with Discovery Insure and offered me R400 as a goodwill gesture. The sales agent stated that I could have received R800 if I was 3 years claim free with my current insurer only.</p> <p> </p> <p>Iris handled the payment process thereafter and after looking at my claim history awarded me R800 for being claim free for 3 years within 2 hours. She was always contactable and provided timeous feedback via telephone and email.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife also qualified for the R800 gesture as she was not getting any joy with the case manager that was assigned. I asked my wife to contact Iris who thereafter went out of her way, no questions asked, to assist my wife with her R800 payment even though the case was not originally assigned to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Iris and keep up the good work. Although we are not Outsurance clients, the service that we had received from you was exceptional.</p>
