I would like to just say a heartfelt thank you to Gina for delivering and executing a complaint with pride and turning it into a compliment. She returned all calls as promised and followed up on all issues. She is really an asset to the company. She restored my faith in the excellent Customer Service that Outsurance provides. I sure am thinking of moving my insurance after dealing with her
