Great Service on a Blue Monday

My Monday didn't start great as I realised I have just locked my keys in the boot of my car. Many thoughts went through my mind- smash my window .. panic does that to a person. I managed to calm down and remembered that Outsurance actually have that benefit of sending out a locksmith. My call got answered in less than 2 minutes and a very helpful operator named Godfrey Molefe immediately set my mind at ease and was really professional. I immediately got a confirmation sms regarding the locksmith and time, and Godfrey made the effort to phone me twice to follow up if the locksmith managed to solve my dilemma. And to add to my positive experience- A friendly locksmith arrived with a great sense of humor from AJ Martin Locksmiths that made an embarrassing situation into a funny one . And my Monday went from Blue to Pink. It's the second time that I had great service from Outsurance regarding a claim, and their call center employees are always very professional and informed.
