We had to get insurance for a new vehicle, but the premium felt a bit high at first. We were even considering cancelling our contents insurance just to bring the costs down. But after chatting to Lucky from Outsurance, he really took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us a better option and I’m so glad we spoke to him!

Not only did we get a great premium for the new vehicle, but Lucky also managed to reduce the premiums on all our existing cover including the vehicle we already had insured and our contents cover. On top of that, our OUTbonus remains unaffected, which was a big relief because we would’ve lost it if we had cancelled the contents cover.

He also clearly explained when the new cover would start and how the debit order would work going forward.
