normally when you call in and you already aggravated its hard for someone to turn that around. well Progress Dludla did just that. he was sooo friendly it was hard to be in a bad mood. he chatted to me with such kindness and attention that it was really great being on the phone with me. He understood what I needed. he came in less than other insurances when I thought he was really not able to, he also conversed to me about every day stuff in between him trying to help me with cheaper premiums. he was really a pleasure to deal with. well done OUTsurance for employing such a great guy.
