great service, great attitude, COMPASSION

My husband was involved in a motor car accident in Morningside on the morning of 27 Feb 2015 whilst dropping off our daughter to school. The tow truck driver enquired about his insurance and he subsequently received a call from Outsurance authorising the removal of his vehicle. His car was then taken away to a repair shop whilst he was having X Rays done at a local hospital. Later in the day we contacted Outsurance only to find out they had no report of any accident, our vehicle was ********ly removed. Lewethu was very compassionate to our situation. He assured us he would try to have the vehicle removed from the repair shop as quickly as can be done. He displayed such professionalism in dealing with the owner of the company and reiterated that the correct process be followed. Lewethu kept us updated at all times and arranged for the car hire. Yesterday we received superb service once again when he advised that the vehicle would be repaired. A person of this calibre is sure an asset to the company and we feel so blessed to have spoken to someone like this. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR ASSISTANCE....MUCH APPRECIATED
