Great Service Great Attitude

My son and I were travelling from Durban to Newcastle when we had a flat tyre. After trying to change the tyre we discovered the jack was faulty leaving us stranded on the highway. I phoned Outsurance and Ataniel quickly arranged the roadside assist. Although we waited half hour for the assist Ataniel kept us informed throughout and continuously chased up the tow truck company and stayed in touch until we were on our way again. Great attitude throughout.
