GREAT Service from Tiffany Oates

<p>Recently I checked in with Outsurance for a competitive quote for Home, Car and Contents. My initial quote was significantly less than my current - which made my heart really happy. When I really looked at the quote unfortuantely the amounts that the initial operator had inserted were incorrect. I hadnt had time to phone back to check in myself. A lovely young lady called Tiffany Oates called to check up to see if she could be of any assistance. When I explained my concern, she confirmed that indeed the quote was incorrect. Tiffany immediately rectified and has studiously followed up on that revised quote. As the quote was close to my current I let her know that I wouldnt take up the Outsurance quote as it would mean a fair amount of admin in getting my current tracker removed from three cars. Not perturbed Tiffany has tried to make the situation easy for me to move. She called on Saturday or later in the evening, as she knows working days are difficult for me. Outsurance you need to hold on to Tiffany - if she worked for me I wouldnt let her go anywhere. Tiffany you are a real gem - thank you for making my experience with Outsurance a great one.
