Great service from start to finish

I submitted a claim to OUTsurance with Tristan Govender on the 15-01-2025 on my car warranty for a new fuel injector, I then received a call from back from him on the 16-01-2025 at about 11:00, confirming that one of my documents was not clear, I then scanned the document and resent it, I then got a call at 12:00 to confirm that my claim has been approved and they are processing the payment. Thank you so much to OUTsurance for being an insurance company that we can rely on for amazing service from start to finish and with the BEST staff ever!
