Great service from PALESA LEJWANE
Great service from PALESA LEJWANE. However, absolutely shocking service with my previous claim. You misspelled my email address and send communication to an unknown email address. Even though I attempted to change it on the app x 2. I had to send 4 x emails over 2 months to get an answer. And finally someone phoned me yesterday. I'm happy to continue my pet insurance through outsurance, but will definitely not do any other insurance through them
