Great Service from Outsurance

Since my car accident on 9 June 2017, the service I have received from Outsurance regarding the fixing of my car as well as the status of the case, has been nothing short of amazing. They kept me updated regularly, responded timeously when I had any queries and now they have just informed me that I am about to be refunded my excess. If it was any other insurance I'm sure I would be chasing them, being transferred from one operator to the next!
