Great service from Outsurance

Although someone bumped into my car, I was still responsible to pay the excess amount on the claim. However, once Outsurance submitted their claim to the other party's insurer, it only took two weeks before the excess I paid, was refunded to me.<br> <br> Throughout the entire claim process, Outsurance staff kept me informed with phone calls, emails and text messages. As a control freak, I really appreciated that. I never had to wonder what was going on! In fact, even the panel beating company that repaired my vehicle sent me text messages to keep me updated on the progress. <br> <br> It is a pleasure dealing with Outsurance and Erna Swanepoel in particular.
