When my car was ****** recently I began the claims process with trepidation. I had heard so many horror stories that I was almost expecting something to go wrong. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole process was handled speedily and efficiently. What really impressed me was that every single representative I dealt with tried their utmost to help me. They often went beyond what was expected. It made a huge difference to feel that the individuals were actually trying to support me through the process, and not just doing their jobs.
