Great service from call centre agent

I was in the process of changing my insurer and I went to the website and requested a quote. Within a minute, an OUTSURANCE consultant called me back. Given the fact that I did the online quote after 6 pm when most companies have closed shop, I was very impressed with the quick response - very efficient service I must say. <br> <br> <br> The consultant was very friendly and helpful.
