Great service following traumatic experience

Thank you Outsurance for having staff that made me feel like a person and not a (policy) number.

In particular, I want to single out Mr. Pieter Erwee from the Vehicle Theft unit who made allowances to visit/interview me outside of working hours to accommodate my schedule.

Pieter is professionalism, and caring, and within 20 minutes following the interview, had footage of the incident from neighbourhood CCTV footage, a lead the SAPS have yet to follow up on.

The great service from Pieter and the Outsurance team, helped make my traumatic experience a lot easier to deal with.
