Great service despite cancellation

Even after cancelling my policy with Outsurance (I found another company that they couldn't match price-wise, and I couldn't say no), I'm still getting great service. Paris called to check in and make sure that my new insurer had all the documents they required regarding my insurance history, and confirm that all was in order moving on. Pleasantly surprised!
