Great Service - Cellphone Claim

<p>My cellphone got damaged through an accidental drop. I called Outsurance on 02/02/17 and dealt with CEDRICK NTSOANE.</p> <p> </p> <p>His friendly attitude from the get go already was a positive start and I must say i was very impressed by the service I received.</p> <p> </p> <p>So as mentioned I called Outsurance on 02/2/17, the damaged phone was collected the next day( Fri 3/2/17). Was assessed by the repair company on Mon 06/2/17. Was deemed not feasible to repair.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a call this morning (7/2/17) from 3G Mobile stating that outsurance is replacing my phone. I paid the excess today and will be receiving my new phone tomorrow.</p> <p>A 4 working day turnaround time is amzing in this day an age as I was expecting a long drawn out process.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Cedrick and Outsurance for getting me connected so quickly.</p> <p> </p>
