Great service but annoying sales pressure

I was telephonically assisted by Thabang Seleka. He was very informative, efficient and knowledgeable about a variety of questions that I had regarding home and content insurance. I recieved my quote while we were on the phone. Only reason why I am not rating it 5 stars is the fact that he was a bit pressuring for a sale and I stated more than 3+ times I only want a quote, not a sale at this time. Other than that, no complaints at all, thank you for the assistance
