I was assisted by Desiree. She committed to obtaining a new valuation for our property from the bank and would call be back by today 10am. As good as gold, 10am there she was. The new valuation did not make a big difference to the quote but she preempted this and beforehand obtained a discount! She went the extra mile, kept her commitment and was all the things one HOPES for in a call centre agent.
