Great service at out

<p>I was in an accident about a month ago, and according to the police report, the guy who bupmed into me was in the wrong. Outsurance then organized for my car to get fixed and as per our agreement I paid the R4000 access one the car was fixed. I then recieved a call from a Jolene Booysen from the Outsurance legal department who promised to try and claim my money back from the guys' (third party) insurance. She did tell me that it would take a while and I should be patient. I did wait and today I recieved a call from her saying that I will be refunded my access back which she said will be paid within 48 hours.</p>
