Great Service at a Premium Price
I really appreciate the friendly agents handling my pet insurance claims, as well as the speedy payout. In terms of service, I am really happy. HOWEVER, I must add that my premiums have skyrocketed over the past year and excess amount is now R850 per claim, meaning there is no use claiming in most instances.
