great service as usual , but disappointing result....

very good and friendly service from the outsurance team which I have come to expect however I am disappointed that you could not beat my current insurance deal with king price as I have been an excellent outsurance customer for over 2 years , hopefully you guys would give me an awesome deal on car and building insurance which would convince me to come back to outsurance , was very sad to leave but as king price offered me a deal that was far better than what I had at outsurance I had to change
