Great service and meeting customers needs

I would like to thank Mark Steenkamp for his excellent customer service and answering all of my questions. I am trying to trade in a car and buy a new one and Mark made sure that I had all of the relevant information and clearly explained the process. He also made sure that all of the relevant information was captured on the system so that I do not have to go through it all again when taking delivery of the vehicle.
