Great Service and Feedback!

<p>On the 24th August 2016, i received a called from Mr Louie Nel - Client Care consultant. What a fantastic man!!!!!!! I didn't have my outbonus in my account as yet, but he reasured me that there was a system glitch and i am going to receive my outbonus. He handled the situation with great "care" and apologised profusely for the mishap. I then furthered my conversation about another query i had and he had said he will forward my query and make sure one of the consultants in the necessary department will contact me. Now that is service. Outsurance, give Mr Louie Nel an OUTBONUS. His tone, his manner, was calm and humble. Thank you Mr. Louie Nel!!!!!</p>
