Great Service! Amazing Employees

I was recently ****** and my phone was one of the items ******. It is insured with Outsurance. From reporting the claim, everything was smoothly done, the call center agent was very friendly, sympathetic and helpful. The cream of the crop though came from the adviser that was assigned to my claim Zerelda Laubscher, what a gem. She followed every single lead with care and precision. Upon the end of my claim, she ensured that I received my new phone within 24hrs of paying the excess fee. Even after all that, she still called to check whether I received it and it is in good working condition. Amazing lady.
